Issue/Introduction

Attempt to run reports or create new reports from the MOI MPM UI.  Try to create a new report, get a blank screen and eventually a message that says that there was a timeout.

Resolution

Reference the port usage for MOI, in particular the reporting port 61341 from the MOI 2.1 Technical Documentation (section: Port Usage):

From the above link: 'The MOI Reporting user interface uses ports 61340 (http) and 61341 (https).'

Verify these ports are available for access by MOI, no fire wall restrictions or security issues exist.
