Integrating SAC tenant with Symantec VIP tenant

Issue/Introduction

SAC Admin would like to integrate the SAC tenant to use their VIP tenant as MFA provider so that we can manage users and authentication factors from our VIP portal.

SAC is using some local VIP instance that our VIP admins can't administer.

Users need to integrate with this solution must do it themselves using the Portal, and cannot be controlled centrally.

Is there anyway to integrate SAC with our local VIP tenant instance?

Environment

SAC.

Symantec VIP enabled to do MFA.

Cause

SAC cannot be integrated with a non Broadcom managed VIP instance.

Resolution

A Feature request was added to address this issue, but no ETA given.

With this setup, the SAML authentication was done with Azure and MFA was enabled on Azure which the Azure admins could control. This addressed compliance issues with regulations for customer.
