How to verify MAC address in ProxySG/ASG SGOS below 6.7.5.14 from CLI GUI

Issue/Introduction

In 6.7.x below 6.7.5.14 the show interface command does not show the MAC address of the interface.

 

Environment

In SGOS 7.4 the "show Interface" command will show the MAC address. However in SGOS below 6.7.5.14 and the lower versions of SGOS 7.3 the show interface command does not show the MAC address.

 

Resolution

To view the MAC address on the CLI we need to use the below command:

Proxy# show advanced-url /diagnostics/hardware/info

To view MAC address from the GUI we need to use the below advanced URL in the browser:

https://<Proxy>:8082/diagnostics/hardware/info
