APF & Linklist requirement for SOLVE:Access Session Management for z/OS

Issue/Introduction

Installed SOLVE:Access Session Management for z/OS <region> in another system, using STEPLIB. 
Didn't use any SM<name> DS in linklist.
Had this in APF: 
 .SM<name>.CC2DLOAD 
 SYS<name>.SISTCLIB 

Please confirm:

When using STEPLIB in SOLVE:Access Session Management for z/OS <region>
1- don't need these in linklist
 .SM<name>.CAILINK                  
 .SM<name>.CC2DLOAD
2- don't need this in APF
 .SM<name>.CAILINK

Resolution

CC2DLOAD should not be in LINKLIST and must be on STEPLIB.

CAILINK contains the REXX SMP/E API  RXGIMAPI that is used by the INSTALL Clist. By having it in LINKLIST it is available to a TSO user doing install/maintenance using the INSTALL utility. CAILINK modules are NOT used by the SOLVE:Access product region.
