At the stage of configuring database, the installation failed with error,

Environment
ITMS 8.7
Cause
SQL Server performance issue, such as lacking of resources, slow hard drives, sharing same resources with other databases, slowness in the network, SQL server not up-to-date with patches or old OS version, no having the most recent VM updates, the SQL server hasn't been rebooted for a while, firewall blocking connection, etc.
Resolution
Try one of the following 2 options:
1. Improve the DB performance, or connect to another DB with good performance.
2. Re-install, each time double the database timeout, 1600 > 3200 > 6400 ... until no more timeout issue.
Option 1 is recommended.
