Issue/Introduction

The existing documentation and the Broadcom support site both lack content regarding Containerization for Service Desk Manager 17.4 as of Sept, 2023.  Is there such functionality available at present?

Resolution

As of current writing, September  2023, we do not have container images for 17.4 available.  

We are currently examining and exploring options for inclusion of a containerized implementation for the Service Desk Manager solution in the future.
