The HTML link in the DLP MacOS Endpoint Agent popup is not visible or clickable

Issue/Introduction

The HTML link in the DLP MacOS Endpoint Agent popup is not visible or clickable. Instead of seeing the link itself, you only see the link text behind the link and it is not clickable.

Environment

Release : 16.0

Cause

A CRLF(carriage return line feed) character was present between the html <a tag and the html href attribute that was braking the link and displaying the text instead of the html link.

Resolution

Remove the CRLF character from between the html <a tag and the html href attribute. Once that is removed the link in the Endpoint Agent popup becomes clickable.
