Upload image on Story via Excel Plugin

Issue/Introduction

I’m exploring the Rally Excel plugin to upload bulk stories in the tool with the image as an attachment or in the description field. Could you please let me know if I can upload an image via the Excel plugin on the User Story’s description or attachment field?
