Adding or removing filter options does not stop current search nor the query on the backend

Issue/Introduction

Changing Filter options in Staffing does not stop current load

Steps to Reproduce: 
1- Go to Staffing.
2- Open a view with a lot of data (or no filter).
3- Add filter options.  
The original search's queries are still running on the database.

Expected Results: Query against the database stops when use adds filter.  button should stop current loading in UI 

Actual Results: Query continues to run on the backend

Workaround: 
Use Stop Loading button
