Issue/Introduction

Switching tabs in Staffing leaves query running from previous tab still running in the backend

Steps to Reproduce: 
1- Go to Staffing > Allocations By Investment 
2- Go to Staffing > Allocations by Resource
Query for #1 is still running on the backend.

Expected Results: Switching tabs or adding Filters stops the currently running query

Actual Results:  Switching tabs or changing the Filter leaves query running in the database

Workaround: 
Use Stop Loading
