Issue/Introduction

With the CICS or VTAM interface for FAQS/ASO, when a user DELETE or ALTER a power queue entry, their opid/termid is displayed for the person issuing the command.

How to have the USERID displayed?

Resolution

From the FAQS ASO console, type in SCTY CONFIG to be taken to the main configuration menu.

Place a 'X' in Userid instead of TERMID in MSGs, then press PF5 to save the changes.

Use SCTY entry not only profile    ( X )   

CLEAR key is CLEAR not QUIT        (   )   

Display extended messages          ( X )   

Allow DUMP DASD function           ( X )   

Allow ALTER DASD function          ( X )   

Uppercase displays                 (   )   

Extended dump on subtask abend     (   )   

Do not support APL text characters (   )   

USERID instead of TERMID in msgs   (   )
