View Options: Duration > Totals 0 if amount of periods outside boundaries

Issue/Introduction
When using per-period metrics, if the type is Duration, the Total Row displays 0 if the amount of periods selected is outside the Cost Plan boundaries.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Create a project that spans from the 1st of July 2023 till the 31st of December 2024
Financially enable the project
Create a monthly cost plan that spans from July 2023 till December 2024
Add a row to the cost plan and add a total value
On the View Options select Quarters as Periods, Periods as Type and provide Cost Plan Start and Finish as periods. Enable the Show Total Row option
Note the cost plan row shows the value per period and the Total row shows the total value
Change the Type to Duration and request 4 periods
Note the Total Row
Let’s provide a high number of periods
Note the Totals row
Expected Results: The Total Row displays the total value
Actual results: The Total Row displays 0
