Navigation button missing to navigate to all modules available in a project

Issue/Introduction

If you have a blueprint with larger number of modules/tabs, there is no symbol available to click and navigate to the next set of tabs.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create a project blueprint which is having over 15 modules
2. Associate a project to the blueprint and open it and observe the modules on the projects page

Expected Results: 

Clickable Navigation button on the right hand corner to navigate horizontally to the next set of modules/tabs

Workaround: 

Click on any module tab and navigation button appears

or

Using keyboard short cuts to navigate 
CTL + <arrow key> (Windows)
COMMAND + <arrow key> (MAC)

or

Viewing the page at a different zoom level say 100% and refreshing the page.
