Web Agent 20-0004 error

Issue/Introduction

For two specific applications the web agent is displaying the following error when the user requests the application:

500: Server Error [20-0004]

There are several other applications protected by the same web agent and they are working normally.

Cause

A custom auth scheme (IdentityGuard) was not working properly due to the configuration of the policy server's JVMOptions.txt file.  This was causing the agent's IsProtected call to fail and making the agent throw the 20-0004 error. 

Resolution

Adding the needed custom jars and other settings to the policy server's JVMOptions.txt file and restarting the policy server resolved the issue.
