SAP Plugin Windows Agent Failed

Issue/Introduction

The SAP agent plugin failed with error like below;

In defaultlog_agent.log;

Caused by: java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError: JCo initialization failed with java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: D:\Program Files (x86)\CA\WorkloadAutomationAE\SystemAgent\WA_AGENT\jars\sapjco3.dll (JVMPORT015E Unable to resolve shared library references - a prerequisite shared library may be missing)
                                                                                      at com.sap.conn.jco.rt.Middleware.<clinit>(Middleware.java:87)

We placed the sapjco3.dll and sapjco3.jar in the correct folders.  I want to know if this is a WA issue or SAP issue.

Release : 12.x

Resolution

Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable package on the server.

Additional Information

Note:

For Windows systems, you require the msvcr71.dll and msvcp71.dll files. You must add these files to the agent installation directory.

Install the SAP Java Connector (SAP JCo)
