Restore for files quarantined in Office365 is stuck in pending

Issue/Introduction

Files get sent to quarantine per policy. If the file is determined to be safe, the file is restored, but the restore never happens and the restore action stays in pending status

Using DLP Enforce 16

Resolution

This is resolved in RU1 for DLP Enforce 16.
