Lookup values cannot be created when lookup ID has a special character in it

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Static Lookup with ID as 'TESTING_Ä'
2. Try to create an instance within this lookup now

Expected Result: It is possible to create an instance

Actual Result: The application throws the following error in the UI:
System error. Contact system administrator.

The following message is logged in the app-ca.log:
SQL error code: 1403
Error message: ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "CLARITY1613.CMN_LOOKUPS_INS_SP", line 29
ORA-06512: at line 1

Resolution

DE77588 is fixed in version 16.2.0.

It is also not recommended to use special characters, except underscore and hyphen, in the ID field everywhere in the product.
