Requirements to Upgrade IBM OS to V7R5 if the current environment is CA 2E r8.7.1

Issue/Introduction
We are upgrading our IBM OS to V7R5. Currently, we are running CA 2E V8.7.1 on IBMv7R3. Do we need to upgrade to CA 2E to R8.7.3?
To upgrade to R8.7.3 do we need a new license?
Is R8.7.3 compatible with PTC 12.5?
Can we run concurrently with R8.7.1?
Do we need a new License when we upgrade from IBM V7R3 to IBM V7R5 in October?

Resolution
If the hardware remains the same, then a new license is not required. However, upgrading to CA 2E 8.7.3 is needed as this version is the only 2E release that supports V7R5. As documented in the compatibility matrix (see additional information section), PTC 12.5 is compatible with r8.7.3. Also, Once the model is upgraded to 8.7.3 we cannot run again that model library against 8.7.1. However, we can concurrently use the 8.7.1 on other model libraries.
