hub 7.97HF11 core in pdsDelete()

Issue/Introduction

We had a crash on our hub tunnel server which runs hub 7.97HF11.

The core dump/stack trace looks as follows:

Resolution

This is related to an old defect which was fixed as of hub 9.20. 

Hub 7.97HF11 is very old and the hubs should be upgraded to the latest version (9.39 as of this writing.)
