Errors when trying to login using SAML in portal

Issue/Introduction

SAML login is very slow or fails first time of the day.

This can also be reproduced if we launch a new incognito window.

Environment

Release : 22.2 9 and older

Cause

Symptom: Sites list views load very slowly with a large number of sub-groups.

Resolution: With this fix, Sites list views now load much faster with a large number of sub-groups. The Group Path column is now hidden in the Sites view.
