SOI priming utility never finish "AMQ Connection still failed after all retries"

Issue/Introduction

Priming utility get stuck at same number and never finish. the following error seen in the log.

2023-05-16 22:53:29,163 ERROR  [main] activemq.ActiveMQImplementation --- - ActiveMQImplementation: AMQ Connection still failed after all retries. Contact Administrator. This ERROR must be resolved for Catalyst Componenets to work.... 
2023-05-16 22:53:29,164 INFO  [main] activemq.ActiveMQImplementation --- - ActiveMQImplementation: Done AMQ Polling... . 

 

 

Environment

Release : 4.2

Resolution

The issue has been fixed on top of CU4 .

please follow the below steps to apply the jar.

1.Stop/close priming utility command prompt

2.Take a backup of the below file and replace it with the attached jar
   CA\SOI\Tools\Priming Utility\lib\sor.priming-utility-4.2.0.jar

3. Start the priming utility
