Set custom background for Web Viewer 14.0

Issue/Introduction
One of the latest builds Build: 14.0.65 introduced a new logon screen with colorful background and Broadcom logo. We are now propagating this new build on production LPAR's and surprisingly users are really confused.
Many of the people who works on wv12 and even earlier builds of WV14 use to have plain white background and do not connect WV with Broadcom itself. Since beginning of the rollout we have received a lot of questions about this. Can we customize somehow logon screen or wallpaper ? My goal is to switch this to something that indicate user this is still on our own hosted page and nothing malicious.

Cause
LU10439 WEB VIEWER: MODERNIZED USER INTERFACE introduced a new UI
Resolution
The background cannot be changed. However, it is possible to set a login notification to create a message to users which is displayed along with the login screen – this can be set by a Web Viewer admin in Manage Login Settings. The manage login settings page has a Test format help link which includes helpful tips on formatting the login notification message.
