What latest version of Java is being used in Clarity

Issue/Introduction

Oracle has changed its license terms in 2023. There is no per-install license available anymore. If we as a corporation want to utilize Oracle JDK distributions from version 8 onwards, we will need to purchase a license equivalent to all registered users (employees, contractors, agents). What version of Java is being used in Clarity?

Environment

Release : 16.1.3

Resolution

 There is no impact on Clarity after Oracle Java because Clarity does not utilize the Oracle JDK distribution and instead uses Adopt Open JDK
