CA IDM vApp 14.4 CP2 error while recreating the default IME with custom schema

Issue/Introduction

We are getting the following error while recreating the default IME.

2023-08-14 15:43:46,001 ERROR [ims.tmt.EnvironmentService] (ServerService Thread Pool -- 90) Deploying environment environment.xml com.netegrity.imsconfig.exception.ImsConfigException: The user "uid=imadmin,ou=people,ou=im,ou=ca,o=com" in the system administrator list does not exist.

 

We have customized our directory schema – base DN and user DNs. We need a way to edit the following properties file to be able to make necessary edits.

 

Environment

Release : 14.4

Cause

vAPP can create the default environment only with the original, default CA Directory schema. 

Resolution

Revert to the original, default CA Directory schema and then the default IdentityEnv environment will create successfully.
