During weekends, our support is only available for Priority 1 cases, which mainly involve situations where the production environment is offline.

If you encounter any new issue or an ongoing case that has reached a critical stage, we recommend that you contact a customer representative.
You can either request the creation of a new case or refer to an existing one and specify that it is a critical matter.

The support engineering team is required to respond to all severity 1 cases within an hour, ensuring you receive prompt assistance.
