Solution Kit Install Error: when upgrade to otk from version 4.4.0 to version 4.6.0

Issue/Introduction

Upgrade from otk from version 4.4.0 to version 4.6.0 failed.

Encountered an error: “The mapping requires the property ‘SK_AllowMappingOverride’ be set to true by the .skar file author”

Environment

Release : API Gateway 10.1

OTK 4.4

Cause

During OTK upgrade, there were 3 encapsulated assertions within Portal Persistence Layer: MySQL or Oracle which were not getting deleted.

• Portal API Key Count DB
• Portal API Key Storage Sync
• Portal Look Up API Key DB

Resolution

Manually delete these 3 encapsulated assertions from "Manage encapsulated assertions" and delete the policies from the palette. 

Re-run install/upgrade OTK to 4.6 .
