MTC-M: User View Deleted Failed - 500

Issue/Introduction

Trying to delete a User View on MTC-M,  the following pop-up error message can be seen:

"Delete Failed - 500 The call failed on the server; see server log for details."

and the User View remains visible and active, even if in the Vantage WEB UI STC on z/OS  it states that the User View has been deleted:

".... INFO http-nio-8080-exec-1 UserViewServiceImpl:1337 User view 'userview name' is deleted from the database." 

How to fix this bug.

Release : 14.1

MTC-M WEB UI Interface used 

Resolution

There have been some changes done on the User View Service on the releases following the base 14.1, so it is strongly recommended to upgrade to the latest GA Release 14.1.3 and above to fix this bug.
