Staffing --> Staff Grid in MUX is too slow to load

Issue/Introduction

Staffing --> Staff Grid is taking too long for us to load in all the environments of Clarity including Production. We have already set a filter for Resource Manager where in it just needs to return 35 rows.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to MUX->Staffing
2. Go to Staff tab
3. Apply filter for Resource Manager and Resource Active
4. Under Columns enable Per-Period Metrics for Actuals, Allocation, ETC, Hard Allocation, Total Usage, Remaining Availability
Note: If remove Remaining Availability it will return results much faster.

Expected Results: It should return results a lot quicker.

Actual Results: It takes over 30 seconds for results to appear.
