Clarity Rally Integration Jobs were in 'Cancelled' status after the 16.1.3 upgrade

Issue/Introduction

We are reaching out to you regarding an issue we had this past weekend in our non-prod environment after the weekend 16.1.3 upgrade.  All of our Integration Jobs were set to pause on Thursday prior to the upgrade, but then on Friday when we went to resume all of our Jobs, the Integration Jobs were cancelled status.

Environment

Release : 16.1.3

Resolution

There were changes to the Integration Jobs in the 16.1.3 release. The change is, we updated the description for the Integration Jobs. So this is an expected behaviour as we made changes to Integration Jobs.

Import Integration Mappings
From: Import external object and field mapping metadata
To: Import Rally object and field mapping metadata

Synchronize Mapped Information
From: Synchronize external object and field attributes and populate the staging tables
To: Synchronize Rally object and field attributes and populate Clarity's staging tables

Import Staging Tables
From: Import external object and field attributes from staging tables and populate Clarity
To: Import Rally object and field attributes from Clarity's staging tables and populate Clarity object instances
