CAIM connector fails to start.
CAIM connector is not connecting to IM.
Restarting the connector fails with User_not_permitted errors in the Identity Portal log.
We have reset the user and password in the connector to no avail.
We verified in Identity Manager that CAIM user is a member of system manager and has web services role,

It seems that the portal web service for the CAIMconnector was corrupted.
It works after creating a new web service by changing the portal web service in CAIM connector configuration to portal1 to create new service.
