Performance Manager - build a report with thresholds

Issue/Introduction

I have thresholds set up for CPU usage. What I would love to be able to do is create a report at the start of every week that would show only the devices that exceeded say 50% CPU in the previous week. Not an average over the entire week but if a device went over 50% in any hourly period. So the idea would be that the report should be blank if no devices went above 50% in an hourly period but should only contain data if a device went above 50% in an hourly period the previous week.

I have 2 tables to be used as a solution here; try to build a Dashboard using them:

1. Dynamic Table Time Series
2. IM Table Filter (Top)

where in both you will find an Operator which can be used to set 'Is Greater Than' and a value i.e. :
