ACL alarm filter not consistently honored in OC inventory and device pages

Issue/Introduction

ACL with an alarm filter predefined at the ACL level. For example: the following ACL filter should only display alarms where the message starts with "sshd" and other alarms should be filtered out:

In this scenario there are two alarms present with the following in the Message; One that matches this filter and one which does not:

sshd: Process sshd : is not running

Average (3 samples) total cpu..

The main page of Operator Console correctly shows the open alarms as "1" - this user should only be aware of the sshd alarm, so this is correct - from this user's point of view there is only one alarm.

However, when the Device page is selected, "2 Open Alarms" are displayed when it should only display 1 alarm

Resolution

This is resolved in the CU9 cumulative update for Operator Console.
