Modern UX - Cannot download files from a read-only attachment field in Grid

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the 'Task' object
2. Create an attachment attribute in this object. Provide an 'API Attribute ID' so that it is available in the Modern UX
3. Navigate to the Modern UX. Create a new Blueprint
4. Create a Business Rule in this Blueprint:
 a. Target Object = Task
 b. Rule Type = View Page
 c. Conditions:
 - Open for Time Entry = No
 d. Actions:
 - Disable Editing Attributes -> Disable All Except Selected -> 'Name'
5. Create a Project. Create a Task
6. Upload a file against this newly created task, against the attribute defined in step 2
7. Make this attribute available in the 'Details' fly-out, as well as in the Grid
8. Now, mark this task as not open for time entry
9. Reload the page

Expected Results: The file uploaded in step 6 is available for download, in the 'Details' fly-out, as well as in the Grid

Actual Results: The file uploaded in step 6 is available for download, only in the 'Details' fly-out. It is not available for download in the Grid.
