How to not get false alerts (0x821026) that running and startup configs are different

Issue/Introduction
Several devices are giving misleading alerts that the startup and running configurations are different The 1 changed line is a certificate.
Here is the line in the running config:
certificate ca 00C6CB499BB8F82064
Here is the line in the startup config:
certificate ca 00C6CB499BB8F82064 nvram:CiscoDNACent#2064CA.cer
The event code is 0x821026
How can spectrum be modified to not give an alert for this difference?

Add “certificate ca” to the list of masked lines in the UI
