Alert Profile not resulting in violation being raised when data loss experienced

Issue/Introduction

Monitoring Point --> PATH experienced a period of data loss > 5% for almost 10 minutes but didn't raise an alert when the value specified for onset duration for the Alert Profile is 5 min. 

Expected Behaviour: Alert Profile should raise alert in this condition
