Object Code 'portfolio' is allowed to be selected for new Custom Object ID

Issue/Introduction

Able to create a custom object with ID 'portfolio' in Clarity. When running the upgrade it fails on checkinstall, due it being considered a 'seeded object'

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Go to Clarity UI (16.1.3) - Studio - Objects
2. Create a new object, indicate Object ID 'portfolio', Save

Expected Results: The code not to be allowed for use in Clarity since it's a reserved object ID.

Actual Results: Object with ID 'portfolio' creates successfully as custom object. Any upgrade on this system will fail with checkinstall on check-seeded-object-name-conflicts.xml

Resolution

This is DE77540, fixed in 16.2.0

Workaround:

1. Read the object definitions and all the instances with XOG
2. Delete the object definition & instances from the system
3. Manually update the Xogged out definitions to rename the object codes to non-conflicting codes, then Xog in
