Launching Spectrum Preferences hangs the OC client

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to 22.2.5 when launching the preferences tab as the spectrum install owner, the OC client hangs.

Cause

Massive Event Filter

Resolution

The spectrum user had filtered out nearly all events in the preferences.   This writes to the UserPreference attribute which made it massive.   When the gui is loaded the filter causes the OC client to hang.  This can be resolved by logging in as a different Super User and editing the user preferences.  Reset the Event filter to default as a user can filter events from the GUI if needed.
