We noticed that while the CAMM service is up but the UI is down and not reachable. We get the following message when trying to access the CAMM UI site "ERR_Connection_Refused".

A hung tomcat service was stopping tomcat from starting; even after a reboot
Tomcat process was hungup, even after a reboot
kill -9 on the PID and then ran stopall startall for CAMM to start up.
Web console is now available for CAMM
