Is there any way we can set session never expiry for particular user to show the dashboard on Big screen?
We want to display a DX NetOps Performance Management Portal Dashboard report on a screen in a common area.
We do not want to have to log the user in when the "Cookie Timeout Minutes" configuration option time frame is met and the user is logged out due to no activity. The default is 20 minutes before a user is logged out. It's a global configuration option that can't be applied to a single user.

The ability to configure different "Cookie Timeout Minutes" values for different users is an Enhancement Request (ER). To submit one open a new support case referencing this KB article.
A solution that will achieve the same result is the Auto Refresh on Dashboards. Setting this to Auto Refresh the Dashboard displayed will rest the users timeout time frame. As long as the Auto Refresh rate is lower than the configured "Cookie Timeout Minutes" value, the user should not ever be logged out.
We do recommend in a scenario like this increasing the Auto Refresh rate from default 60 seconds to 300 seconds (5 minutes). This helps avoid possible performance issues with a Dashboard refreshing and re-running too often in a production environment.
See the Configure the Dashboard Settings documentation topic for steps to modify the Auto Refresh rate.
How to change the "Cookie Timeout Minutes" value is discussed in the Update the Single Sign-On Website Settings documentation topic.
