After installing the DLP agent you notice it does not show up on Enforce and its unable to communicate to the endpoint server even though you can connect to the server over 10443 perfectly fine.

In the agent logs you notice:
08/29/2023 14:39:29 | 28040 | FINER | AgentServices.ServerCommunicatorService.CServerConnectionInformationPublisher | Failed to get last known IP Address, If the message persist after a successful connection then its a severe problem in ServerConnectionInformation
This case be caused by other security software installed on the machine where the DLP agent is installed. This conflict can cause the above log line.
You can either whitelist the Endpoint Agent Directory in that security software or you can remove that other security software. Either should help with the above error message.
