When users try to export reports they are presented with a screen saying there are no rules. Where do these rules reside?
I may have a backup of the filesystem that could recover these entries but I don't know what to recover.

Export rules are also stored in the Web Viewer database – the same database as the repository definitions - just in a different table. Because this customer copied their TEST database over for a previous support case, their database now has the export rules from TEST. If they want to recover their PROD Export Rules, they need to look for a backup of the original database (the one before the TEST one was copied over).
