SOI 4.2 Doesn't not start services

Issue/Introduction

We have a problem with our services, they can't start for some reason when we try to start them they show the following message.

Windows could not start the CA SOI Integration Services on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Event Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code 1.

Environment

SOI : 4.2

Resolution

Install the JAVA JRE build 1.8.0_342-b07 at server now Services is working
