SOI 4.2 Doesn't not start services

Issue/Introduction

We got a problem with our services, they can't start for some reason, when we try to start them they show the following message.

Environment

SOI : 4.2

Resolution

Installed the JAVA JRE build 1.8.0_342-b07 at server now Services is wotking
