About SCRT reports of the old z/OS

Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to create an ISV-SCRT report using the Windows version of the ISV-SCRT tool using the record format of SMF data (Type 70, 89) extracted from the z/OS 1.10 environment?

Note: The Common services did not install on z/OS 1.10.

Environment

Release: 15.0

OS: z/OS

Resolution

The Windows version of the ISV-SCRT tool cannot report to ISV-SCRT report because the Common services 15.0 does not support on z/OS 1.10.
The SMF89-2 records are required for ISV-SCRT reports. In any case, Common services is not running in a z/OS 1.10 environment, so ISV-SCRT cannot be reported.
