Error during backup of the Spectrum ArchMgr (DDM) database prior to the upgrade

Issue/Introduction

When backing up the ArchMgr (DDM) database prior to running an upgrade, I am getting an access denied error. I have tried the username/password of the OS user that owns the Spectrum installation as well as the Spectrum superuser name/password. Both are failing with the same error.

Component: Archive Manager

Cause

Using incorrect login/password for mysql.

The mysql username/password are different from the system and OneClick username/password.

Resolution

For versions below Spectrum 21.2.4, the default mysql username/password is root/root

For versions Spectrum 21.2.4 and above, the default mysql username/password is root/MySqlR00t
