Compliance by Bulletin doesn't match Compliance by Computer

Issue/Introduction

The Compliance by Bulletin report does not show compliance for Chrome and Zoom and the Compliance by Computer report does show compliance for a few test machines.  This was working correctly a few days earlier.

ITMS 8.x

Patch Management 8.x

Cause

The filters for Compliance by Bulletin had been changed.

Resolution

Verified that the STPatchAssessment.xml file from the following folder confirmed that the Windows System Assessment Scan had run and correctly showed the update on a sample machine was applicable:

C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\Agents\SoftwareManagement\Software Delivery\{6D417916-467C-46A7-A870-6D86D9345B61}\cache\

Verified that the Compliance by Computers report is current and correct and the discrepancy was with the Compliance by Bulletins report.  This confirmed that the PMimport was running correctly.

Checked the filters of the Compliance by Bulletin report and these had been changed so set them back to the default and this worked again.  Default values are:
