The SRM is no longer processing the events from the Archive Manager

Issue/Introduction

We had a power outage and several servers shut down abruptly. Causing Spectrum's base to become corrupted. We managed to recover the databases. 

The SRM is no longer processing the events from the Archive Manager.

The "SRM finished processing event for domain SpectroSERVER_hostname" is no longer recorded in the Tomcat log file.

Environment

Release : 22.2

Resolution

Restarted the processd on the primary SpectroSERVER machine which resolved the issue.
