Archive Manager does not switch back to primary

Issue/Introduction

After repairing the Archive Manager's DDM database and starting it, the Archive Manager does not switch back to primary.

Followed the steps from this KB article:

The following entries are missing from the log file:

Sep 08 11:37:51 : ArchMgr has successfully connected to the SpectroSERVER.
Sep 08 11:37:51 : ArchMgr has successfully advertised CORBA Event Service.

Sep 08 11:37:52 : ArchMgr is now ready on port 0xbafe, precedence 10

Environment

Release : 22.2

Cause

Location Server was not running.

Resolution

Started the Location Server process via Install Ticket.
