All Network Prevent for Web servers in one site are not receiving traffic

Issue/Introduction

All six Network Prevent for Web (NPW) servers in one site have stopped receiving traffic from the F5 server.
The NPW servers in another site are still receiving traffic from the same F5 server.

Cause

A firewall rule change blocked the traffic that should have been sent to the site that was no longer receiving traffic.

Resolution

Correcting that firewall rule change resolved the issue.
