Currently the client has installed version 10.7 with CEM and TIM configured. They currently have more than 500 transactions configured with TIM.
Due to contractual issues, it is required to update the APM version, but TIM cannot be lost. How Broadcom plans to handle this component, given that for Broadcom support issues we must also update.
Broadcom can extend support over version 10.7, since there are 4 clients with this same scenario.
Release : 10.7.0
BPA is in DX or SAAS only. There is no conversion needed, as BPA will discover the transactions. Product Management can look at your definitions to help make BPA rules,. This can be easily done but not using10.8. We can only extend 10.7 for around a year with restrictions -- (what that means, i.e. no security fixes, or bug fixes, just support able to help if things get corrupt and things like that) but we do charge for the extended support. If you can't move to SaaS or DX, then use Browser Agent.
