Timesheets MUX --> Select Resource is taking too long to load in Dev

Issue/Introduction

When navigating to MUX Timesheets  --> Select Resource is taking too long to load for user with OBS rights.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Take a restricted user who has OBS level access to Resource - Enter Time.

2. Login to New UX.

3. Navigate to Timesheet module and click on Select Resource.

4. Wait for the data to populate.

Expected Results: Should see data within seconds.

Actual Results: It takes 2-3 minutes for data show.
